The registration code I received does not work. What now?
The registration code is tied to the Owner Name of your device. If the code does not work, please provide us the Owner Name which can be found in the Registration Dialog when opening Mixx Mobile. The Owner Name is located above the field where you can enter your Registration Code.
Please note that the Owner Name is case and space sensitive. Before continuing please ASSURE that you provide us the name in CORRECT SPELLING and that there are no spaces at the end of your Owner Name. If the name is not correctly spelled or the case of one or more letters is not correct, the registration key we generate will not work.
We will be able to provide you a new registration code upon receipt of this Owner Name (email us at support@mixx-mobile.com).
My phone broke, can I get a registration code for the new phone?
No problem! Just send us a the Owner Name as described above. We will generate a new registration code for you without any extra fees.
I do not understand how to use Mixx Mobile, is there any help available?
